The Regeneration Group, a Christian support group for individuals and families coping with chemical or substance abuse, meets here at Mount Olive each Wednesday night at 7:00 PM in room 231.  We are here to help.

The best tasting cookies in the world are available for your purchase.  It is Girl Scouts Cookie's time again.  The Mount Olive Baptist Church Girl Scouts will have cookies available for purchase in the Fellowship Hall immediately following each Worship Service.  Please support the MOBC Girl Scouts.

Food Pantry

Attention members, we need your help to restock the church's food pantry, as well as, the pantry at Water From The Rock.  Please get a list of needed items from the Church Office or at either Welcome Desk and bring your donations throughout the month of February.

We would like to remind you about the prayer box located in the foyer.  If you would like for the ministers to address your prayer requests, please place them into the prayer box.  We ask that you be as specific as possible and to please date your requests.  The ministers will be praying on Wednesday Mornings. 

The 2010 installation of church officers for Mount Olive Baptist Church will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at 6:00 PM.  All officers of the church are asked to be present and on time.

Have you heard?  The Mount Olive Baptist Church Usher Board has a spirit-filled weekend of worship and training planned in March, 2010.  All current, former and prospective ushers are invited to the 19th Annual Ushers' Workshop and Annual Ushers' Day.  To make the annual day a success, we need the help of the Mount Olive Baptist Church Deacons.  Please volunteer to hold our posts while we enjoy a day of Rest.  A special 1 hour training will be held Saturday, February 28, 2010, at 10:00 AM, so you will know what to do.  Save the dates:  Saturday, February 28, 2010, for Deacons Usher Training and Saturday, March 13, 2010, for Usher Worship and Sunday, March 14, 2010, for Ushers' Annual Day.  You won't want to miss out, mark your calendars and stay tune for more details. 

A special meeting of the Mount Olive Baptist Church Usher Board will be held Sunday, January 31, 2010, at 4:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.  The meeting will replace the 1st Sunday in February meeting.
