AUDIO/VISUAL SALES

NO SALES ON FIRST SUNDAY

Please note all media sales are now held in the Fellowship Hall.  Audio and Video copies of worship services may be picked up following the 10:25am worship service.

The REGENERATION GROUP
If you or someone you love is struggling with substance abuse problems, there is confidential assistance available. The regeneration group meets each Wednesday, evening from7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The meetings are open to all family members and loved ones.

ATTENTION -- ALL SENIOR CITIZENS

Representatives from the Tarrant County office of the Criminal District Attorney will be here on Wed., May 23rd at 11am in the sanctuary to discuss elder abuse and fraud.  We are inviting all Senior Citizens and Caregivers for the elderly to come out and receive some valuable information on how to prevent becoming a victim of fraud.

YOUTH NEWS

MOBC Youth Dept., Basketball Skill Camps for boys and girls ages 6yr to 18 yrs is held on Mon., evenings at 7pm at the N.L. Robinson Family Life Center Gym.

MOBC Youth Summer Camp registration has begun for ages K5 thru 12 yrs -- Mon., thru Fri., 7a-6p. Summer  Camp will begin on Mon., June 11th.  We are also in need of volunteers for tutoring.

VOTER NEWS

Tues., May 22nd is election day for the Republican and Democratic run-off primary elections.  Polls are open from 7am to 7pm.  You must vote at the polling place for your precinct.  Please take approved forms of ID or be prepared to sign an impediment form if you are unable to obtain one of the approved forms. Lastly, the next time to vote is in the November general election.  Be ready, be prepared and committed to vote.

1ST ANNUAL FITNESS DAY

Let's get prepared to come out and workout for the 1st Annual Fitness Day on Sat., June 9th from 10am-11:30am.

And remember the ladies exercise class on Mon., and Wed., from 6p-7p and the co-ed class on Thurs., evenings from 7p-8p at the N. L. Robinson Family Life Gym

 

 

2018 MOBC WOMEN'S CONFERENCE

If you have not already done so, please take a moment to complete the online survey for any portion of the Women's Conference that you attended.  Our goal is to glorify God in such a way that we get better each year and reach more women.  The surveys will be available through Sun., May 27th at 11:59pm on facebook@2018mobcwomensconference.

MOBC CHURCH PICNIC INFORMATION

The MOBC Annual Church Picnic will be held on Sat., June 2nd.  The picnic will be held at the church and will begin promptly at 9am with prayer.  Mark your calendars and bring the family out for fun, fellowship and last but not least to get your grub on!

Section Leaders and Group Captains -- please contact your members concerning your Group's hour to work.  A printed schedule of events is posted by the church office.

Calling All Bakers!!

The Annual Mama Pearl's baking contest will take place at the church picnic.  Sign-up is available in the church office.  Please bring your item to the Fellowship Hall no later than 10:30am.  Judging begins promptly at 11am.  Late entries will not be judged.  May the best "baker" win.

Arlington New Beginnings

ANB will host a Dementia/Alzheimer's Support Group meeting on Tues., June 5th at 10:30am in the Community Room.
