Water From the Rock

Water From The Rock Enterprises, Incorporated is a faith-based, 501 (C) (3), non-profit organization created to assist economically disadvantaged individuals and families. Our goal is to enhance the employment marketability of low to moderate income individuals by assisting and encouraging them to achieve greater self-sufficiency. We also provide community care assistance to individuals and families in need of food and emergency clothing assistance. These services are provided to help sustain and stabilize families in transitions.

Arlington New Beginnings

Arlington New Beginning, Inc (ANB) has an environment specifically tailored to the needs of the low to moderate income elderly. It also provides a level of comfort to their  families by assuring them that our focus is to provide a caring and nurturing environment. 

The regularity of services and programs will depend on the needs of the residents.  These services include but are not limited to the following:

  • Wellness Programs and Medication Management
  • Health Promotion Screening
  • Legal and Financial Assistance with forms, etc.
  • Social and Recreational Activities
  • Advocacy for Resident Families
  • Information and Referral
  • Counseling (provided only Qualified Social Service Agencies)
  • Physical Fitness / Physical Therapy Exercise videos

ANB utilizes the services of the community calendar for the City of Arlington, local newspapers, radio stations as well as flyers placed at senior recreational centers and other faith-based community organizations.

Evangelistic Team

Join our evangelistic team and help introduce the lost to Jesus Christ our Savior. Help lead the lost to salvation and provide a pathway to connecting within our church through membership, attendance and healing personal struggles.

Regeneration Group

This Regeneration Support Ministry meets each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and uses the Word of God in conjunction with personal testimonies to provide support to the recovering addict and loved ones. Participation in this support program is voluntary and is established simply to encourage the desire of the addict to turn from their addiction. All inquiries and attendance are confidential.

The Regeneration Support Ministry provides assistance in recovery from various addictions and family abusive situations, such as:

Child Abuse
Spousal Abuse
Plus Others

Prison Ministry

The Mount Olive Prison Ministry meets every Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. to share the gospel and the hope of Jesus Christ with the incarcerated at Tarrant County Jail.

Male volunteers meet with male inmates and women meet with female inmates.


SWAT Ministries

The S.W.A.T. TEAM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church is here to help cope with the change of life-threatening, emotionally damaging and spiritually challenging illnesses such as Cancer, Heart Disease, Alzheimer/Dementia, Kidney Disease, AIDS, Sickle Cell Anemia and others.
