The topics discussed in the course are designed to motivate the new member to become an avid student of the Bible, an uncompromising doer of God's Word and an effective worker in His church. New members are encouraged to review the course topics and scriptures prior to attending the classes.
The objectives of the course are to:
- To help each member understand and reaffirm his / her conversion experience and their commitment to Christ and the Church.
- To help each member understand and accept the privileges and responsibilities of church membership.
- To help each new member become a growing participant in the life and ministry of the Christian fellowship.
Location & Times
The New Member Orientation sessions are held on every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday, unless otherwise announced. The session usually last approximately one hour and requires three sessions. The sessions specific to the corresponding Sunday they are held. For example, if you miss a session on the 2nd Sunday of the current month, you can make it up on the 2nd Sunday of the following month.
Sunday 9:20 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. in Room 320 (NO NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION is held on 1st or 5th Sunday)
